1. General terms
When you use the website https://apcapital.bg/ ("Website"), " AP Capital" AD, with UIC: 206420290, with headquarters and management address in the city of Sofia, Post code 1407, "Lozenets" district, RD Lozenets, "Nikola Vaptsarov" Blvd. No. 53, fl. 3 ("AP Capital " and the "Administrator"), as an administrator, processes your personal data in accordance with the applicable legal provisions on personal data protection.

c) Right to deletion: under certain circumstances, users have the right to request that the personal data relating to them be deleted by the Administrator. Registered users can delete their user profile at any time.
d) Right to withdraw consent: Users have the right at any time to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data.
If you wish to change your consent settings for commercial communications yourself, you can also do so at any time on your user profile.
e) Also, under certain circumstances, users have the right to object to processing , to request restriction of processing and to receive their personal data in a machine-readable format.
