Mega Mall Sofia is the only shopping center in the north-western part of Sofia with a GLA of app. 25,000 m2. The project was acquired in 2023 with the purpose to reposition it. Currently it is undergoing a significant interior redesign and key new tenants are joining the center.

Immediate catchment area of more than 200,000 people covering major residential neighborhoods (Lyulin, Krasna Polyana, Moderno Predgradie and Obelya).

Redesign and refurbishment of the project along with new food court concept and design will be completed by the end of 2024.

In Q3.2024 were opened the newest and most modern cinema complex within the Kino Arena chain, KFC and PizzaLab, and in October 2024, McDonald's started welcoming visitors.

Key new tenants will open for the public at large soon – Happy and Funtopia.
